| Two New Residential Projects Top Out |

Referred to by many as New York’s next Battery Park City, Long Island City is now home to numerous luxury residential developments. Two of these new developments, developed by Simone Development and designed by Newman Design include One Hunters Point and Hunters View. Together they are commonly referred to at Hunters Point Condos. Both projects are located within a three-minute drive of the Queensboro Bridge.
