The Hutchinson Metro Center is a 460,000 square foot prestigious office complex in The Bronx. The complex anchors the master plan for this area which converts low-use industrial space into market rate commercial and professional space that is revitalizing the area. It is the first phase of a multiphase project that will yield four additional office towers and an NYC emergency call center for a total of 1.8 million sq. ft., frequently referred to as the "New Bronx."
